I founded STEM & Leaf because I navigated STEM with limited guidance and too much confusion.

I learned the hard way that access to science shouldn’t be this unclear—especially for girls with drive, curiosity, and talent.

I wanted to create direct pipelines into science and tech fields by giving students the mentorship, exposure, and opportunity I wish I had.

STEM & Leaf is here to close the confusion gap.

From South Florida and beyond, STEM & Leaf is a national STEM education company built to be a living pipeline — from classroom to career.

Our programming is rooted in two core elements:

STEM: Deep exploration of science, tech, engineering, and math—taught by real professionals who live the work.
Leaf: The growth beyond the classroom—career prep, mentorship, internships, networking, publishing, and innovation.

We're not another afterschool program.

We're a full-circle launchpad.
